Mil-tec "warrior" tactical combat shirt.
Made in ~2012. One of first combat shirts used by FSB Alpha in Russia.
These shirts were not purchased centrally, each soldier could buy his own clothes, provided that the camouflage colors match "multicam" pattern.

You can identify it on FSB Alpha's documentary photos by
oblique sections under velcro and rectangular velcro without a fastener.

Torso: 92% Polyester, 8% Elastane

Sleeves and collar: 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton (Ripstop)
Border: 100% Polyester (Oxford), Polyurethane coated
Upholstery: EVA foam
