The version of the ACU costume is made according to original American standards from high-quality modern materials. The suit is convenient not only for military operations, but also for a wide variety of vigorous activity in field and city conditions.

Fabric composition: Ripstop 50/50 cotton / polyester.

The costume consists of a jacket and trousers.
The jacket is not too long, in the fastened position its lower section is slightly below the waist. The stand-up collar is fastened with a velcro lock. One of the edges of the collar can be unbent and fixed, for its part, with an additional adhesive tape, leaving the collar itself open. The jacket is fastened in the front part, from the lower cut to the collar, with a durable polyamide zipper YKK. The zipper is covered with a strap, secured by three velcro locks: on top, in the middle and on the bottom. On the front, in the chest part of the jacket, on the right and on the left, there is a small (160x130 mm) flat patch pocket. Vertical entrances to these pockets, slightly sloping vertically (for ease of access), are located on the side of the central zipper and are securely closed with small flaps on the velcro across the entire width of the entrance. Slightly above each of the breast pockets, horizontally disposed along one sewn strap with a velcro mating part for attaching identification chevrons and signs. Another small similar platform for attaching chevrons is located in the central chest part of the jacket on the outer side of the slat covering the zipper. On the sleeves of the jacket, in their upper part, there is a patch pocket (160x120 mm) with one side cut-in wedge, for a small increase in volume. These pockets are very convenient in cases where access to the chest is difficult to put on top additional equipment. The sleeve pockets are closed with flaps on double velcro locks. For more convenience, these valves have an additional strap, which can be grasped with a gloved hand, or if the arm is frozen or injured. If they are not necessary, stubs can be removed under the valves, securing them to the inside velcro. The entire outer area of the sleeve pockets, including the surface of their valves, is sheathed by the mating portion of the velcro, forming convenient platforms for attaching stripes, chevrons and decals. In the upper dorsal part, from its right and left edges, the jacket has two hidden vertical mortise wedges. These wedges provide the user with greater comfort in complex and sudden movements, without constraining or pulling the fabric, and also contribute to better ventilation of the back in hot weather. The sleeves of the jacket, in the area of the elbow joints, have, closed with a velcro, flat pocket-padding of an additional layer of fabric. If necessary, a piece of "foam" can be inserted into this pocket, forming an inner soft elbow pads. The cuffs of the sleeves are reinforced with a double layer of fabric, regulated and fastened with hook-and-loop closures.

ACU pants have a loose fit. The waist part of the trousers is reinforced with a double layer of fabric, it has an internal adjustable weighting with a built-in cord. Outside of the waist, there are seven belt swivels with dials at 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 11 o'clock. The size of the sleeves allows the use of trouser belts up to 50 mm wide. The wide section of trousers and its four plastic buttons are covered with a flap of a double layer of fabric. In front of the trousers, just below the belt, on both sides are deep classic pocket pockets. Below, on both sides, there are large (240x200 mm) patch side hip pockets, which are closed with slightly flaps (down and forward from the horizontal) with flaps on two velcro locks. These pockets have three vertical mortise wedges, if necessary, slightly increasing their volume. In addition, thigh pockets, in their upper cut, can be pulled down with a built-in rubber cord with a plastic retainer. There is also a small patch pocket (170x100 mm) on the outer sides of both legs. Pockets are closed with small flaps on a double velcro lock. Two, closed with valves on two buttons, mortise pockets (140x170 mm) are located in the buttocks of the pants. The sciatic part is reinforced with a double layer of fabric. The lower sections of the pant legs are also reinforced with a double layer of fabric and pulled down with ribbons. In the area of the knee joint both trousers have a lockable velcro, flat patch pocket from an additional layer of fabric. If necessary, a “foam” is inserted into these pockets to create an internal soft knee pad. All the straight seams of the product are made according to the technology of seam double hem. The same seam stitched pockets and flap pockets. All corners of the seams are reinforced with zigzag fastener.
