Made by J-tech company in Taiwan for special order of russian government for FSB in 2014. Black, MOLLE, PALS.
From warehouse storage. Used by 2-nd Crimea department of FSB and "K" department.
Custom order, was manufactured specially for FSB, not offered on civil market.

"J-Tech" company won a tender for the production of unloading platforms and bags for FSB employees and in 2014 was delivered to the central divisions of the FSB.
J-Tech copied chest rig from the company "Tasmanian Tiger" model MK2. The quality of the fittings they managed to recreate at the level, was based on the original cartoons from the ancestors "Crye Precision" and high-quality Cordura for the black versions, lightning and fasteks from the well-known company "YKK". This equipment still used by CSN FSB.

Sewn off a limited batch, because they are quite difficult to find in the free market. Tailoring was in two primary colors: multicam and black.
Black is most often seen among servicemen of the CSN FSB "K" department, and multicam one - on servicemen of departments "A", "B" and "C", although in "K" it was no less popular.
