Made by SSO (SPOSN company) in 2003-2004.
Was used by FSB Alpha and Vympel elite special forces during Beslan 2004 anti-terrorist operation (see photos) and many others.

Usually attached to SSO Partizan (Guerilla) chest rig / shoulder belt system.
