AI-1M first aid kit was produced for Soviet Ministry of Defence.
Differs of civilian version AI-2.
New condition. Sold without medicals and drugs, only empty tubes.

It was developed as a regular first aid device for military forces in the USSR. In the conditions of a total military conflict with the use of weapons of mass destruction, it was supposed to be distributed to the army in areas close to the lesions.
