Made in the USA by the company Propper in 2006-2007.
Condition - new, from storage. Black rip-stop fabric.
It was purchased by the state of Russia in the Central Security Service of the FSB of the Alpha and Vympel group.

Later, in 2008-2010, the production of black suits was mastered by the firms SRVV (2008), SSO (2009) and Uniformtex (2010).
